Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 12 mushrooms

  • 1 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 clove diced garlic

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Cut off mushroom stems then dice up the stems, keeping the caps whole
  3. Over medium heat cook diced garlic and mushroom stems in vegetable oil until aromatic
  4. Mix together the remaining ingredients and stuff into the mushroom caps
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until liquid starts to form under the mushroom caps
